No carb, gluten free pizza!!!

Pizza is hard for many people to give up on the Keto diet. Get your pizza fix, without carbs AND without gluten. Plus it delicious! Here is the recipe: 

  1. Lay a sheet of paper towels down on a plate
  2. Place 12 pepperonis on paper towels
  3. Lay another sheet of paper towels over the pepperonis and place in microwave for 30-45 seconds
  4. Next, place 6 pepperonis in the toaster close together and then smother in your favorite cheese. 
  5. Set the toaster to 400 degrees and cook for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts into the pep's and the oil cooks out. 
  6. Let cool for a few minutes then top with some marinara sauce, more cheese and whatever other toppings you like.  
  7. Cook in the toaster until the cheese melts. 

That's it!

Tip: Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Cheddar are all good cheeses to use. 

Recipe Hack:  Place more pepperoni's together to make a larger slice.
