warm, Golden brown, chewy, cheesy, Gluten-Free Cheese Bread
Brazilian cheese balls, also called Paõ de Queijo, make a tasty, gluten-free, cheesy bread for any meal. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and gather the following ingredients:
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup of olive oil
2 cups of tapioca flour
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
½ cup of mozzarella cheese
½ cup of sharp cheddar cheese
Add milk, eggs, salt, garlic, olive oil and tapioca flower in the blender and mix thoroughly. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses and pulse 3-5 times.
Spray a mini muffin tin with oil and fill each well with the blended mixture until it is two-thirds of the way full. Add an extra pinch of your favorite cheese into each well before cooking.
Place the muffin tin in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or til golden brown.
Make it Real BBQ Dude style by adding 3-4 slices of pepperoni to each well prior to baking.
